We are looking for a dedicated person to work with, train and supervise a fantastic team in a custodial setting Monday - Friday. This position is located at the federal courthouse. Candidate will need to pass drug screen and pass a federal background check (GSA).
Certification in CPR, First Aid, Article IX and CIT is a plus.

A.Assist with client intake/orientation process and make recommendations for acceptance into the program.
B.Teach and reinforce appropriate work attitudes, behaviors and daily living skills.
C.Foster a positive image of community placement.
D.Adhere to Beacon Group's philosophy of using patience and sensitivity when dealing with clients, utilizing a positive approach in any situation.
E.Chart client objectives as specified in individual program plans.
F.Complete Monthly Progress Reports on each individual.
G.Report any concerns regarding a client to the appropriate Program Manager.
H.In conjunction with the Program Manager, maintain good communication with parents, group home staff, DDD/VR case managers, etc., regarding any situation that might affect any individual.
I. Develop a work method for each job within work site to assure that teaching method and production are as efficient as possible.
J.Assure acceptable quality of all completed work (do work if necessary).
K.Coordinate production priorities with site management, scheduling of work, assignment of new tasks.
L.Assure a safe work environment and work toward maximizing employee safety awareness.
M.Assure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and site vehicle. Report problems to appropriate person.
Previous custodial and supervisory experience (at least one year). Qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Arizona driver's license, proof of a good driving record and the ability to pass drug and background screens (both Beacon's and the federal government's).
Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a fingerprint clearance card.
